Have Applied For Their Discharge.

The various MoCoy bankrupts namely A. MoCoy & Co., Alfred MoCoy and Thomas J. MoCoy, have made application to the U. 8. oourt at Indianapolis for their discharge from bankruptcy. Judge Anderson has therefore set the day for the hearing of their petition on Sept. 18th 4 at 9 o’olook a. m. Notloes of the hearing were ordered published in the Rbnsselaeb Republican and ap. pear in our present issues.

What steps, if any, will betaken by Trustee Chapman in the matter oan not be told until he returns from Michigan. If it appears that all the available property has been seoured for the various trusts, it would not seem that anything could be gained by opposing their discharge.
