A Bad Auto Accident.

Ex-Commissioner and present Connty Connoilman, John Mertindale, of northwest of town, was in a very bad automobile accident last Wednesday morning and one whioh is expected to have a fatal termination to at least one cf the parties. He went to Lafayette Tuesday to join his brother-in-law, John Bynearson and family, on an automobile ride to Anderson, in Mr Bynearscn's automobile, wheie they expected to attend the annual MartindaleTamily reunion. Abont 8 o’clock on Weduesdav morning, when a few miles east of Frankfjrt their auto was upset, down an embankment and Mr. and Mrs. Byneareon and their little boy were all oaught under the maobine. Mr. Bynearson is so badly hurt that his death is expected. Mrs Bynearson is also badly hurt, though her recovery is hoped for. The boy seems not to have been hart eo badly as his parents, bat all three are now in a hospital at Frankfort. Mr- Martindale esaap d without injury.
