From last. Thursday’s Lafayette Journal, the following later and more definite details of the aooito the Rynearson automobile are extracted. Mr. Rynearson and Mr. Martindale were in the front seat and Mr». Rynearson, who is Mr. Martindale’s sister, and her little boy, were in the back seat. While going down a slight hill three miles from Frankfort the auto swerved from the traok and it is supposed that Mr. Rynearson, in trying to turn it back, turned the lever the wrong way, and they struck a tree while going about 15 miles an hour. Mr. Martindale was thrown clear over Mr. Rynearson. and escaped with a few slight bruises. The little boy got on'y a sora 4 ch over the eye. Mrs Rynearson was oaught under the front of the auto and though considerate bruised, was not badly hurt. Mr. Rynearson was-under the auto with the rear step on his breast. Mr. Marliudale was unable to extricate until some horses were brought from a near-by house and pulled it off. His hip is dislo:atel, one eye hurt and probab'y concussion of the brain suffered and also internal ioj dries. The latest rep arts were that he was still unoonsoious but was thought to have a fair ohance to recover.
