Another lawsuit for a earn b ; g enough to take your breath away was filed Saturday afternoon, in the circuit oourt. The plaintiff is the Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company and the princip al defendant is Mrs. Mattie M. Rinehart, and next after her, Wm A- Rinehart, her husband. The suit is for a foreclosure of mortgage on the Hanging Grove land which stands in the name of of Mrs. Rinehart She borrowed $37,000 of the plaintiff company, April 7th 1904, payable in 5 years and with an interest]oharge of sl, 860 every year. The interest due April 7, 1905 is unpaid, and therefore under the terms of the mortgage, suit is brought to oolleot the whole principal and accrued intest is demanded, and 5 per oent attorneys fees, for oolleot on. In all the demand is made for $50,000 but of course that ia considerably mofe than they are likely to get, thocgh the principal and interest are probably colleotible. Other parties brought in as interested defendants, are Gottleib. Deuriling, Horaoe Russell, E. W. Bowen & Co. A. T‘ Bowen & Co. E* L- Hollingsworth W. V and W. J Hubbard J.
