Medary villi Advertiser:.The Farmers Bank at this place has incorporated under the new banking law as a private bank with a paid in capital of $20,000, and with Chas H. Guild, Michael Robinson, H. G. Jones, J. R. Guild, C. E. Robinson, John P. Ryan, E. 0, Williams and Warren Robinson as stockholders- Under the private banking law the stockholders are liable to the full amount of their worth, while in state or national banka the stock holders are liable for an amount equal to their stock. With these gentlemen who are well known to the people here as security for the institution, we can congratulate ourselves on having as responsible an institution as the Farmers Bank among us.
