Reynolds tbe yonng fellow whom Mr. K-iater, tbe restaurant man, tried to have arrested 1 n Apnl Ist for bestiog a board bill, but who April fooled him by slipping out before arrest oould be made, was gathered in Monday at Fair Oaks, by Christie Viok, and where he seemed to be working over-time at his ohosen occupation of wearing fine raiment and charming the damsels by his fas* oinating smiles. When he arrived lore he walked into Keister’s place wearing a white silk shirt, patent eather shoes, and other garments in keeping, and told Keister he would pay all he owed him, and ‘;heoosts of the base, if Keister would drop proseoution; and which Mr Keister being a meroiful man, with a due regard to the state of his bank account, quickly agreed to do. But when it came to a show down of the cash Reynolds lad only 60 cents, and K«ister rensed to drop the proseoution Reynolds then plead guilty, and was fined $1 and costs, by Squire liwin, amounting in all to $16.40.
