GUY GIVES THE GUN

THE TROUBLE WITH HIS WIFE, LEADS TO SHOOTING AFFAIR. Tip Kenyon, Mrs. Guy’s Son=in=law, Dangerously Shot, in Remington Last Saturday. The domestio troubles of Jasper Guy and wife have led to a shooting affair in Remington, last Saturday forenoon, and which may have a fatal termination.

It seems that at 11:30 a. m., Mr. Guy and W. H. Kenyon, Mrs. 3-uy’s son-in-law, and with whom me makes her residence met on he street, and that Mr. Gny, beieving as he asserts, that he was .bout'to be attacked, drew his evolver and shot Kenyon, two imes. Dept, Prosecutor Leopold was lephoned for, and also Mr. Guy’s torney, Frank, Foltz. At present we have received only r. Guy’s side of the story. It is at Kenyon, who is a vigorous tie bodied man of about 35, and r superior to Mr. Guy physically ,d made many threats of intendviolence to Guy.
