Grand Jury Discharged.
The grand jury completed their work and were discharged from further duty, Thursday evening;. They rsturned eleven indictments, and though no arrests have been made, and their contents are supposed to be secret, it is known with p'aotioally positive certainly that they are all against the McCoys, and will take the place of (hose sent to White county 6ft change cf Venue, and whioh the speoial prosecuting attorney, E. B. Sellers, considered of doubtful sufficiency. The grand jury evidently made some attempt to locate tbe party who slugged Professor Sanders, with a saw-dust bag, a short time ago, as a number of high eohool boysj were called before it. But evidently they knew nothing about the affair, as no indictments along that line was returned.
