Many teachers in the publio schools of this state have been able to pass their examination through their ability to pure i 0 a list of the questions issued by the Slate Board of Public Instruction prior to the date of the examinations* This is the startling discovery just made by State Superintendent of Public Instruct ions Fasset A Cotton. The fraud has been practiced in this state for some, time and every effort is being put forth to discover the names of the persons who have b3en trafficking in the examination lists. A meetng of the State Board of Public Instruotion will be held iu he near future to take up the matter.
