A damage suit for SOB 000 WbS filed Monday in the United States Court at (Indianapolis by 8, E. Wallaoe, of Peru, proprietor of t! e Grtat Wallaoe Shows, against the Grand Trunk Western Railway o rnpany. The oomplaiat filed is an echo of the terrible wreck which occurred near Dnrand Mioh Aug, 7,19.3, in which several men were killed and much property and oirous paraphernalia was destroyed. Among the animals killed,were three Siberian camels, one elephant one trick horse, one train ed trick dog,while seventy five ring and hippodrome horses a ere bruaed end maimed.
