Anti-SaloM ’Crusade. With the Moore temperance law injeffedt the Anti Saloon’s fight against the saloon in all quarters-of the state is on in earnest. Workersiof the league asserts that they will drivtej saloons out of many of the smaller oities, and are laying their plans for work in that direction.

The Anti-Saloon League is print ing thousands of cards that are be sent to all parts of the state, containing the blank forms by which a voter may assign to a representative of the Anti Saloon League the power of attorney in all cases affecting saloon remonstranoe, so that the League’s representative may attaoh the assignee’s name to any or all remonstrances against the granting of license to any or nil applicants for the sale of intoxi eating liquors. Both ward and township remonstrances are being sent out, and the 5.000 township] cards first printed have already been exhaust ed. At the Anti-Saloons headquarters in Indianapolis it is said that 50,000 of the township oards will be disturbed in the next three months.
