Road Supervisor Law.

The new laws have made some ohanges in the duties of road supervisors. Another election is to be held next December, on the third Saturday, and the men then elected will go into offioe about the first of the year for two years. His job will not be a snap either.

A supervisor who permits a Canada thistle to get six inches in length along a road over which he has control, can be fined from $1 to $lO. Supervisors can reoeive $5 in every case where they have a person arrested and fined for violating the law by peimitting Canada thistle to grow upon their lauds and this sum iB to be added to the fine and oolleoted as a part of the fine. A person who sets a corner stone in a road so as project out of the ground can be fine $25. A fine of SSO can be assessed for dumping anything in the way of trash or rubbish in a roadway. To obstruct a road means a .fine as high as SSOO and three months in jail.-
