Carr Brothers Get Some Laud.
Trustee Chapman has accepted the bid of Carr Brothers for the rest of the McCoy Jordan township land, and reported the sale to Referee Bowers, for confirmation. There are 235 acres in the tract and the prioe is $35 per acre. It is meetly woodland pasture, and considerable btush and sandy land, and the price is about as mnob as oould be hoped for. The abstracts are nearly ready on the big tract sold to Jack Esson and he expects to oome over very shorrly and oonsnmmate his purchase. i
