Cant Do Without Them.

People can’t always get along without marriage licenses, if the new law does make the manner of seouring them more difficult and tedious. The first issued in this county, under the new law, was last Saturday afternoon. The parties to whom it was issued were William Goodnight of White county, ana Mary Ward, of Milroy tp., this county. They had comparatively an easy stunt in answering the numerous questions, as neither of them had ever been in a charitable institution and the prospective husband said he was able to support a family and the blooming prospective bride looked like she could do it if he couldn’t. Neither did either party have from one to half a dozen former marriages to give the statistics of, as both are young and this will be their first marriage. _ And both are just about h e right age to get married as he will be 22 in June and she the same age in September.
