Dr. Toaage Wants A Divorce I The* following dispatch in this Morning’s Indianapolis Star will be of local interest, as Rensselaer is)now one of the towns visited by the much advertising Dr. Younge. Ft. Wayne. Ind., April 10.-Dr. J. W. Younge, who has been sued for a divoroe, has telegraphed his wife asking her to compromise and withdraw the suit, His tele, gram from Philadelphia promises her $2,000 in cash and a year’s tour around the world, Today she made efforts, with restraining orders, to tie up what oash the dootor left in the banks here before his departure. It is now believed he took at least $35, 000 in oash with him when served with the divorce summons Saturday.

Bishop Alerding to Visit Pope. Fort. Wayne Sentinel; Rt. Rev. Herman J. Alerdiug, bishop of the dioese of Fort Wayne, is planning to pay a visit to Rome this year, and expects to leave Fort Wayne on his trip abroad the atter part of the summer or early in the fall. Bishops of the Catholic church are required to make a visit to Rome onoe every ive years and it will be Bishop Alerding’s first trip sinoe his ordination as head us the diocese of Fort Wayne. Within a short time Bishop Alerding will begin his annual confirmation trip, which will include all the churches in ;he diocese.

Trinity Quarterly Meeting Rev. D. M. Wood D. D. Presiding Elder of Valparaiso Distriot will hold quarterly meeting services at Trinity M, E, churoh next Sabbath, Dr. Wood will preach on Saturday evening at 7:30 and hold quarterly conference immediately following. He will preaoh again on Sunday morning followed with the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper, Tne public invited to attend these eervioes.
