Re-organizing Company M.

Lieut. G, A. Boyle, of Indianapolis. personal aid to Gen McKee, has been here a couple of days, assisting in the proposed reorganization of Company M. This re-organization is being effected strictly along the lines mentioned some time ago. That is, no known rowdy or drunkard is to be admitted. The armory is to be supplied with a full gymnastic apparatus; and gymnastic exoeroistß are to be made a regular feature of the company’s work. The uee of the armory for social purposes is to be free to members of the company. The affairs of the company are to be managed by a board appointed by the members. The company captain is to be Oonnty.Clerk Chas.C. Warner, the best man in the county for the purpose, and who has agreed to acoept the position. Tue names of some 19 or 80 of our finest young fellows of 18 to 20 years, have already been secured and a number of others are in sight. Also som9 15 or mo:e of the most desirable members of the former company. Organized along these lines, the company oan not fail to be an excellent institution for the members and also for the community generally, and the movement should be heartily encouraged Added advantages in joining the company now are that hereafter the members during their annual enoampment. will receive full government pay and $1 p?r day state pay, in addition. Also ths pay will ba “spot cash” right while the enoampment lusts. Moreover the enoampment this j ear is to b a held on one of the beautiful lakes in Wisconsin aud and will be more of a ]picnic thin an encampment.
