Dr. Brown Resigns as Councilman.

The removal of Dr. H. L. Brown from his former residence on River street, into the Dr, Berkley property, which he bought last fall, took him outside the limits of the Ist Ward, acd then fore removed him the office of Councilman, from the said Ist Ward.
