CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTED MURDER.

Mrs. Jasper Guy Arrested At Her Husband's Instance. Mrs. Josephine Guy, of Remington a motherly looking lady of about 50 years, was arrested here Monday afternoon by Sheriff O’Conner, on two charges of attempted murder, filed by her husband, Jasper Guy, the attorney. She at once gave cash bail of $500 in each charge, and was released. The charges are attempts to murder Mr. Guy, by poisoning, and are the same charges as made in his suit for a divorce, now pending in the oourt. She was previously arrested at Remington on the same charges before Justice Stiller, and gave the same bail there. It is understood that Mr. Guy offered to refrain from filing these changes if she would not fight his divorce and $10,000 damage suit, but this Mrs. Gay refused to do and states she will fight his cases to he last.
