The Old Stock Farm Sued.

James H CbapmtP, bs trustee of the McCoy bankrupt estates, has begun suit in the circuit court against the members of the Rensselaer Stock Farm firm, composed of Wm A. Rinehart Tbos, J, McCoy and D ios Thompson. The oomplaint named a number of notes alleged to have been given by this firm to the bank of A McCoy & jCompany and which are alleged never to have been paid. The notes are said to have disappeared and are not to be found* The total sum demanded is $27,000 Mr. Thompson claims that be hes s valid defense as to his liability in the matter and bolds receipts for the same,
