Royalty's Many Residences.

The Czar of Russia and the Emperor of Germany might, if they please, dispute with each other as to which of the two owns the greater number of palaces. Each might sleep in a different house every night for a month and not exhaust the number of his various dwelling places. The Czar Is said to own many country seats—which are kept up in every detail, furnished and furbished and crowded with servants T-into which he has never set foot.
