Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the SEVENTEENTH DAY OF APRIL, 1006 at the Special April Session of the Board of Commissioners of Jasper County, State of ndiana, eaid Board will let to the lowest responsible bidder, by sealed bids, the construction of the Gravel Roads in said County, known as "The Independence Road’’ "The Vernon Branch’’ and the "Central Gillam Branch” ordered by said Board of Commissioners constructed in the Township of Gillam in said County, according to plans and specifications now on file in the Auditor’s Office of said County, which RUads are considered and will be let as a whole and are of the total length of 13.542-1000 miles, Bidders will be required to file with bidi bonds to the approval of the County Auditor in twice the amount of such bids and in all respects as provided by Section 4 of the Act of March 11th, 1901; Ac’s 1901, page 453 Bids must be on file by 12 o'clock M.
