Th© Washington correspondent of the Washington Stir eayt: It is learned at the War Department that boh Congressman Crumpacker end Congressman Watson have accepted Secretary Taft's invitation to go to the Philippines during the coming summer. The pirty will start from San Francisc ? on a fast Pacific mail steamer July 1, and will be gone three months. There will be no charges for transportation over a single mile of the long journey, going or coming. Neither Crumpaoker nor Watson has ever been abroad, and the forthcoming journey will be the trip of their lives. Senator Beveridge also was included in the list of invitat'ons extended to Indianians.
