First April Divorce Case.

The first divorce case filed for tbe April term is that of Mrs. Clara May Bacdle vs. James A. Rand’e. They were married Nov, 12 1901, and the marriage we may add being like so many others that prove failures, was against the most stenuous opposition of the parents of the ycuthful and beautiful bride. They lived together until Mar, 6th 1903, when he wilfu’ly deserted her, etating that she would never see him again, and so far has kept his word. His present whereabouts seem to be entirely unknown. - She asks for a divorce and the custody of their one child, a girl b)rn Jan. 21, 1903 and now a little over two years old.
