Got All That’s Coming to Them.

The various participants in Saturday night’s battle cf Store’* Bluff, have now got all that’s com ing to them. Ei Hoyt, th* printing press expert, arrested under the name of John Doe, had bithearing Monday afternoon. He convinced the court that be was not doing any of the fighting and the cate of rssault and battery against him was dismissed. He plead guilty to intoxcalion however, and Doe had to dough up $11.85 and was diecharged. Guy Peacock hud his second hearing on the change of intoxication th's morning, Be contended that he kept his bgs under him and his “dukes” before him, but plead guilty just the same and was fined $1 and cos’s. This added about sl2 in all to the amount charged against him* As the squire permits this fine and the previous one to run contermiuously he is be ing allowed two dollars on the combined amount of bis two fines every dav. And two dollars a day and board is pretty gocd wag s at this dull season. Abe Stone is puttirg in time on two fines also at the same rate, and his salary bot st in a big one sure enough. He has been making about 60 cents a day ard boarding himself, chopping cord wood and now being allowed $2 a day and board is a big boost.
