has led to the discovery that the bill cents the license fee from $25 to sls. An emerg noy c'auae it tacked on this section also, although the whole bill dies net have one. In the original till as prepared by the oommissioi the license fee was tbe same, and there was no emergency to this sretion, No. 611. The fine for non re*idents bunting witheut a license rtmait s the same hs under the present kw, $25 to SIOO but the additional jail sentence is increased fiom a maximum o! thirty days and h maximum of sixty days
