The Indianapolis Sentinel of Thursday evening says: "Unless the plans of certain well-known business men of this city miscarry, the great interurban system of Indiana, which centers here, will be increa c ed by a new line which will conneot Indianapolis with Chica-

goThe line will be known as the “Indianapolis & Chicago Air Line.” The company filed articles of in. corporation with the Secretary of State today and has already been incorporated in the State of Illinois.

The capital stock of the company is SIOO,OOO. John W. Aide man, William S. Taylor, Charles J. Kaub, George R. King, Herman E. Harvey, John A. Schafer and Charles F. Knowlton are the directors elected for the ensuing yearThe road will pass through the following Indiana towns: Jolietville, Kirklin, Michigantown, Flora Rocafield, Francesville, Stoutsburg, Crown Point and Indiana Harbor. The directors own one-tenth of the stock in the company and are enthusiastic over the project. They will begin work at once and hope*to have the line completed as soon as possible.
