By authority of the SecrMa’y of of Agr.culture, ths Hoi. James Wilson, Prof. Willis L. Moore, Cnief of tbe Weather Bureau, his recently caused to be printed a paper on long range forecasts, prepared by Prof E, B, Harriott. O.nief of the Forecast Division c f the Bureau, which fully, and it is believed, satisfaotord answers the question. The paper is entitled "Long range Weather Forecasts,” and published in pamphlet from as Weather Bureau Bulletin No. 322. Newspapers and others spooially interested can obtain copies by applying to the Weather Bureau They should be in the hands of every editor who is disposed to give publicity io the long-rangs fakers predictions.
