Frank Sigman Got Off Easy.

Frank Sigman, the young man recently fined by Squire on the charge of using obscene language in the presence of women* and appealed to the circuit court, had bis case disposed of, Monday afternoon, He plead guilty to the charge of simple profanity, and was fined one dollar and costs. The charge cf obscene language was dismissed. This relieves him of both fine and costs assessed against him in the justice’s court.
