Municipal Bill Passes.

Indianapolis, Ind., Mar. 3:—The Municipal bill has passed both houses of the Legislature; terms of offic’als will remain as at present, although an election will have to be held this fall. The metropolitan police system is not disturbed although provision is made for an increase in talaries. The Governor will approve cf the measure and it will become a law, This means that Rensselaer will have to g) through another city campaign this fall.
