Chilcote Property Sold.

The old M. F, Chilacte residence property on Division, Weston and Aoge’ioa streets has just been sold to St. Augustine’s Catholic church. There is half a block in the propty, or six lets, and the church already owned the other half of the block. It was sold by the two heir?, Fred L. aud Gaylord C, Chilcote the former of South Bend toe latter of Birkley, Cal., and the price was $3,500. There i* a pretty good residence on the east half of the propertv, which will be refit'ed for a sister’s residence.
