Eenate Bill No. 339. Kirkman. A bill for an act to fix the number of senators and representative^j.to the general assembly of the state of Indiana, and to apportion the same among the several counties of the state. Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana. That the general assembly shall consist pf fifty senators and one hundred representatives. Sec. 2.
