The appellate ooart yesterday held a person who has signed a Nioholsoa law remonstrance, or whose name has been signed to one by someone holding a power of attorney from bim, may withdraw his name and revoke the power of attorney by filing a notioe to that effect in the county auditor’s office more than three days before the petetion is to be considered by the board of commissioners.
