Moore Bill Becomes a Law.
The Moore bill for two years re monstrances against liquor licenses was signed by Governor Hanly at eleven minutes past nine Thursday morning. There is no emer genoy clause end the new law does not become effective until the publication cf statutes is proclaimed, probably about June.
