The grand jury, consisting of the original panel wi'hout change, got to work Monday afternoon, with J. H. 8. Ellis, of Rensselaer, as foreman, and with. Prosecuting Attorney Graves ana deputy Leopold looking after tne evidence. Jasper Guy was given leave to amend bis blank complaint in his suit against his wife, for SIO,COO damages, and she was ruled to answer on Maroh 10th. She is still in Florida, and has never been served with a summons in his sensational divoroe oase, and in which, though the complaint is some 5000 words in length, still 1 ccording to intimations of the plaintiff “The half has not been told.” The divoroe case of Mrs. Mary E. Galbraith, of Rensselaer, against Sylvester Galbraith, a former Rensselaer milkman, wa« tried Thursday morning, by Judge Hanley, The evidence was that for years he has totally neglected hie his family, spent all of liis property and part of her’a in drinking and gambling, and in divers other ways, failed in his duties as a husband atd father. Bbe was granted a divorce and the oustody of their two daughters, aged 16 and 19 years respectively,
