Said work has been divided into stations of one hundred feet in length, and bids for constructing said ditch, or any portion of it, must be made by stations. A computation of the number of cubic yards in each of said stations has been made, and will be furnished to any person interested or bidding on said work. Said contract will be let to the lowest and best bidder by stations. Any person to whom a contract is let will be required to enter into a written contract and give bond, with surety for the performance of the work, and that he will pay all damages occasioned by the non-fufill-ment of his contract. __ Tb£ right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
