To Reorganize Company M.

The time of enlistment of the present members of Company M. of the Thiid regiment Indiana National Guards, expires on March 21st, and a strong movement is already on foot f>r a thorough reorganization of ths company. C. O. Warner, than whom n > better qualified tn r mors univ, rsally p pular mau could be f und is be ing nr ed to accept ths captaincy, and will probable do so. The moral anc social qualities of the new company are to be of the highest grade, ar d no drunkard nor rowdy will be permitted to enlist.

Another condition to be insisted upon is that the armory is to b’e sup. lied with a full outfit of gymnt Stic apparatus, and the ro tn is to be free for the use of all me*nb»rp, for sojial and athletic purjosee. The social and business affairs of the company are to be managed by a b-Hid appointed from tbe me m berth ip. Col. Thayer is taking a great interest in the re-organization and will be here pertonally to give it his assistance.
