Notice of Letting Contract for The Construction of Moseley Ditch. IN THE MATTEROF PETITION FOR DRAINAGE BY WILLIAM N. MOSELEY ET AL. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, drainage commissioner, to whom has been assigned trie construction’of the ditch, described in the report of the drainage commissioners in said matter, will receive bids for the construction of said ditch at the Bank of Francesville, Francesville, Ind , on FRIDAY FEBRUARY 17th 1905 Sealed bids may be left at the Bank of Francesville, Francesville Indiana, at any time before said date. Said work has been divided into stations of one hundred feet in length, and bids for constructing said ditch, or any portion of it, must be made by stations A computation of the number of cubic yards in each of said stations has beeriTnade, and will be furnished to any person interested or bidding on said work, i Said contract will be let to the lowest and beSt bidder by stations. Any person to whom a contract is let will be required to enter into a written contract and give bond, with surety for the performance of the w ork, and that he will pay all damages occasioned by the non-fufill-ment of his contract.
