A Rural Route From Dunnville.
A. L. Bonk, the new trustee of Walker tp., was in town Wednesday and reported that hs soon ex* pects to hear the toot of a rural free delivery mail route coming down the pike past his place The route is all la d out and the petition sent in to the departm-nt. It is proposed to start it Iron Dunnville. (or Tefft P. O.) It will .un northeast from that town, then west and then south and ssutbwest taking in a enns'derabie part of Kankakee township hut still more of east Walker. The pro. posed route is 24 miles' long and would serve 100 or more and would get into a region of country now far from pus*-office facilities. If established it wilt be the 12> h rout-j iu Jasper county, unless No. 2 from McCoyaburg gets iu ahead of it. Besides these ronus there are also three others which serve considerable number cf Jasper oouuty people, namely one each from Goodland, Francesville and Medaryville.
