G W. Goff and Walter V, Porter arrived home Saturday from their prospecting trip to the Pecos Valley, New Mexioq. J. R. Parkison end Cliff Parkisun era still there and will probably buy some land before they come back. Messrs Goff and Porter were well pleased also, and it is now their intention to go back in the spring The land costs S2O to S3O per acre and is irrigated by flowing wells, One well will irrigate 160 acres, and cost abjut $2,500. The rail road company, which sells the land, guarantees the well, and pays back what it costs, and also tue price of the land, if the well fails.
