Indianapolis N *ws: No more will the irate pruperty owner be able tj build a high “spite fence” on bis premises in any Indiana city, if the bill introduced by Senator Bdrous becomes a law. The bill would make a “private nuisance” of "aDy fence or other structures in the nature of a fenoe unnecessarily exceeding six feet in height, maliciously ereoted or maintained for the purpose of annoying an owner or oooepant of an adjoining property.
