JUDY CASE CONTINUED.

The case of tbe State of Indiana vs J ihn F. Judy, grand larceny, which was sent to Cliaton comity some time ago on a change of ve me, was taken up in tbe circuit oouitat Frankfort this week and was continued. It ia the case iu which Mr. Judy is charged with hiving stolen a horse belonging to Nelson Harg-or. The oase was tried here and tbe jury failed to agree.—Lafayette Monday Juurnal
