IKE TUTEUR SOLD OUT.

Isaao Tutear who is toing oat of business to go to Chicago has contracted the sale of the balance of his grocery stock to John E<er who will remove the same to his store. Ike will retain possession and oontinoe bis sale by retail until Saturday night, and on Monday the store sill close and invoicing will begin.

There are said to be several parties seeking to rent the rooms where Ike ia, whiob has fronts on both Washington and V-.n Rensselaer street.
