Plymouth Independent: 0. Jacoby informs us that while this is a mild winter, it is not so mild as the winter of 1847 and 1848. That winter tbeie was but one snoyr and that oooured in November. It remained only a short time. Mr. Jacoby remember the year that his people moved here.
