Death of Clarence Travis.

Word was received here Friday afternoon, by the relatives,. of the -’eath at Long Cliff asylum, of Clarence B. Travis, a former well known and highly respected resident of south of town, bnt who h.s been for a number of years, a patient at that asylum. His.death ocoured some time during the afternoon. It seems to have been quite sudden, though notice of his sickness had been received a few days before. W. J. Wright the undertaker, has gone after the body, and arrived this afternoon'at 3:30 o’c'ook. The funeral will be held Sunday at the residence of bis sister, Mrs. Alfred Thompson, on River street, at 2:30 p. na. Elder D. T. Halstead will conduct the religious services, and interment will be in Weston cemetery.
