The supreme court has decided hat obligation to pay alimony is lot released by bankruptcy. It is not released by second marriage, either, evidently, for the plaintiff in the case passed on is the wife of another man. Still, if an alimony payer is philosphioal he ought to reflect if the wife and the second husband can stand it he ought not to complain. *
