Barnum & Bailey and Ringling Bros, the great circus men, have decided to change their manner of advertising. Hereafter they will do leas of the big poster business and more newspaper advertising. “Tody” Hamilton, the greatest press agent of the country discusses advertising matters this way: “The day of the flaring circus poster is about over in the circus business. In on« way this is to be lamented, because people, especially in the West, Lave come to look upon the three sheets as a sort of curtain raiser to the show.
