MORE ELECTRIC AIR LINES HOT AIR

There is now a fresh outbreak of talk of an electric railroad between Indianapolis and Chicago, going by way’of Indiana Harbor. The name of the Company is the Indianapolis & Chicago Air Line Traction Company. According to maps sent out with the line of th„ proposed road marked on them, it will start from Indiana Harbor, and thence to Crown Point,jand from there strike Stoutsburg in this county. Thence to Francesville, Idaville. Rockfleld, Michigan town etc. Its avowed pupose is to keep as far as possible from present railroads, which accounts for the small number of important towns it would strike on this route. About 24 miles of this line would be in Jasper county, but would not come nearer to Rensselaer than 10 or 12 miles.
