The oompiioated law case of Marion O Pant, of Parr, va Mrs. Olive V. Spriggs, of DeMotte, was settled by the parties and dismissed. The particulars of this oase have been already published. WhenL. S. Gant, of Parr, was silled on the Three I. road, last year, he left fraternal insurance policies to tbe amount of some $2 350, payable to M. O Gant Bat when be died Mrs. Spriggs ais intended wife had possession of the policies, and of a letter from the deceased, stating that if he lied she was to have the insurance V*. O.
