A New Divorce Case.

Mrs. Mary E, Galbrta'h, of Bensaelaer hush-gun suit tor a divoroe from Sylvester She alleges that thev w.re married on Oot. 20th 1881 and tnat be left h-r in Jalv, 1004, and that they have not cohabited together sinoe She states that trouble has been brewing between them for some years. That he has been neglectful, stayed ont late at nights, was extravagant and wa>-t* ed all of their property, and has wholly failed to provide for her support. Gruel and inhuman treatment is aso but no particulars are given further than above stated. The defendant has been in Illinois for some time past, but is now believed to be io Jasper oounty. They have one son and two daughters, all grown, though not yet of age, and of these she asks the custody.
