GOT BACK McCOY NOTES
Trustee James H Chapman has finally recovered possession of the notes belonging to the bankrupt MoOoy estate heretofore held by the Central Trust Company Bank of Chicago. This bank held noies of the face value of about $46,000 to seonre a loan of $15,000 made to the MoOoys. The Chicago bans, collected enough of these notes to pay off its claim, bnt oould not retarn the balance of th<s notes, because of attachment suits filed against them.bv W. S. Penoe, and A. T. B wen, and others. These attachment suits have finally been dismissed, and no tv the unpaid notes have been retnrned to Trustee Chapman, »s stated. They aggregite abont $31,000 on their face but are not all probably oolleotible. Mr Chapman estimates from a onrscry examination, that they will yield at lea«t $20,000 for the Me Coy oredttors.
